Rotted Hot Sauce starts with a powerful 30-day fermentation of Cherry Bomb peppers, Fresno peppers, onions, carrots, and garlic. After fermentation, we add sweet cherries, and an umami-rich spice blend, resulting in a bold, complex hot sauce with deep savory decay, cherry sweetness, and a slow, creeping heat that lingers like...well, rot.
